Cowboys Lose Jeff Ireland to Dolphins

As predicted by everyone here, Bill Parcells has hired our Scouting VP Jeff Ireland to become Miami’s GM. For those wondering if the Cowboys will be compensated, the answer is, no there will be no compensation of any sort.
The Cowboys key assistants, Tony Sparano and Jason Garrett will get interviews over the next month or so.
