What a load of bs turned in by the Cowboys against the very beatable Packers. Just when you get comfortable with the Cowboys they turn in one of these pathetic, turnover, penalty, sloppy ladened games. Anyone still think we’re back on track and going to be 13-3 or 12-4? This team never ceases to disappoint me, they beat the Falcons, they beat up the Eagles on the road, and

Wow, what a game, what a load of garbage turned in by both sides of the ball too. All kudos for Miles Austin saving the day with his big catches for the win. But one thing remains a constant for this team, and that’s inconsistency everywhere you look. I really wanted the Cowboys to blow out the lowly Chiefs the same way the Giants demolished a similarly crap team in the Raiders;

With just three games into the season, the Cowboys have already had the early dramatics, and disappointments. Let’s take a look, in general, at how this team is doing and how we’re going to improve. If we’re being 100% honest about this team, let’s get to the reality of it…this team is average and has not impressed anyone, yet. Romo picked up where

The Cowboys offseason started out slow, but the Cowboys have made some moves at a frenetic pace. The Cowboys are systematically purging out the weak links on the roster either by letting free agents walk or by releasing players. Lets take a look at significant losses and additions thus far. Losses: CB Adam Jones NT Tank Johnson LB Zach Thomas DE Chris Canty CB Anthony Henry WR

I’m going to officially put this out there since I don’t see this out by some fellow bloggers, and major media outlets, but I think Jason Hatcher is being over looked in the conversations at the defensive end spot. We know Canty will be gone, this is a known thing. So with all the draft hype and thoughts on other free agents, we need to come back to our boy Hatcher. Hatcher

The NFL Combine is just a few days away and the Cowboys have some key decisions to make between now, and February 27 when free agency begins. Typically, we see a some of the top tier talent gobbled up during the first days of free agency. The Cowboys are going to let Chris Canty walk to Miami, and this move alone will have a domino effect on how we move in free agency and the NFL

I’ve been trying to see why our defense has not been able to be a force and shutdown people. When you have a marquee player like DeMarcus Ware, your defense gets instanst credibility to some extent, but that’s where it ends in Dallas. I’ve come to the conclusion that our draft picks, mainly from the Parcells era, have been busts, or just marginal at best. We’ll

The Cowboys moved the 3-4 defense in 2005, and after several season’s its been a complete and utter disappointment. There can be several factors that have led to let down of the much hyped system. Parcells was supposedly a guru of the system, and somehow under his tenure, it never lived up to the in-your face pressure it had touted. Maybe you can blame the ineffectiveness

The Cowboys pulled out a win over the lowly Bengals, 31-22. Let me say it again…we “pulled out a win”… What is wrong with that sentence, we shouldn’t be pulling out wins at this stage of the game, we should be killin’ teams. What is going on with Romo and the turn over machine he has become. During the game, the telecasters pointed out a disturbing

I hate to say it, but Newman is injured yet again. His shaky play last week was disappointing to say the least, and now, he’s back on the injury tray. For years, Newman was a shutdown cornerback, and underrated, but has Newman peaked. This is a legimate question with his age and recent rash of injuries. Terence Newman was a surprise addition to the injury report on Friday.

The Cowboys are in San Diego for their first preseason game of the year. By this time of the year, players are ready to bang heads against opposing teams rather than fellow teammates they’ve been seeing all training camp. It is a preseason game, so I wouldn’t expect much action from the starters, maybe a few series at the most. This is already being called a preview

We’re getting reports from camp that there are some defensive line shuffling, mainly between Jay Ratliff and Marcus Spears. If you’ve been following the Cowboys for awhile you know that players that get moved around are either on the bubble or not performing upto par. Just go back to some recent training camps where players have been shuffled around and/or their position
