With strength and conditioning coach Joe Jurasek on leave of absence for personal reasons, the Cowboys will look to fill the void by bringing in Mike Woicik. Woicik recently finished his contract with the New England Patriots, he coached their since the 2000 season.

There is a history here between Garrett and Woicik and the Dallas Cowboys as a whole. Woicik was the conditioning coach here from ’90-’96
