Cowboys Defeat 49ers in Dramatic Fashion 27-24

This game had all the high drama a fan could handle and more. In what looked like a “oh no, here we go again” game, the Cowboys hung in there, and came up with the big plays down the stretch. They didn’t fold under pressure, they kept their composure and defeated the adversity where it stood. If the team and fans needed a morale boost, this was a shot in the arm we all needed!!

Down 0-14, fans were calling for Romo’s head, and you could just feel disaster was on the cusp, but not today. Kitna pitched in with some solid play and TD to Austin in relief while Romo was having his ribs looked at. After Romo returned, the Offense and Defense got in sync and were able to make the critical plays needed to win this game in OT.

Romo played with a fractured rib, and this could be his gutsiest games he’s ever played, consider the injury. And what can you say about Jesse Holley? The journey he’s made to start in an NFL game, and he made it count with his clutch catches, and the one that sealed the deal at the end of the game.

Deep breath everyone! This one was wild!!! Onward to Washington.
